2008英國新的世界遺產名單會是？

 

在世界遺產的相關規定裡，預備名單（Tentative List）的建立是一項非常重要的關卡，所有的準世界遺產候選名單，都必須要從每個國家所提報的預備名單裡出線，這個機制的建立在於督促締約國及早將可能會是世界遺產的文化遺產做好萬全的準備，等到經營管理成效與相關法令完備之後，便可以搭上世界遺產的列車。之前我在部落格裡有談到大陸的世界遺產預備名單已經多達百處，以現在世界遺產委員會依據「凱恩斯決定」的共識之後，以後每個締約國所提報的世界文化遺產將被限定只能提出一處，像英國在2008準備提報的名單便是The Antonine Wall或是Frontiers of the Roman Empire兩者擇一，其英國詳細的預備名單資料請聯結至：http://www.ukworldheritage.org.uk/documents/WorldHeritageSites1999.pdf
