美國芝加哥地區的中國城內，著名的Pui Tak Center獲保存贊助金
「美國運通」（American Express）與「歷史保存國民信託」（National Trust for Historic Preservation）日前發表共同聲明，美國芝加哥地區的15處歷史場所（historic sites）可以得到由「美國運通夥伴保存贊助金」（American Express Partners in Preservation grants）計畫所提供共一百萬美金（合新台幣約3,300萬）的贊助。這個計畫源起於2006年，由「美國運通銀行」出資與「歷史保存國民信託」共同合作，以五年共五百萬美金的方式，計畫保存美國境內的歷史場所。希望透過這個計畫可以促進保護歷史與文化的古蹟（Landmark, 註：美國的古蹟大多以landmark註明之。），並且強化古蹟與社區之間的關係。
這項獎助計畫最後評選的標準有五項，分別是：
• 歷史的重大意義（Historic Significance）
• 計畫方案的完整度與遠見（Project Plan）
• 社區成員的支持度（Community Impact）
• 組織運作的優勢（Organizational Excellence）
• 執行方案的期限控制（Completion Date）
• 計畫方案的完整度與遠見（Project Plan）

「美國運通夥伴保存贊助金」的得獎名單：
